CFRP Carbon Dioxide 3D Laser Processing Machine "CV Series"

The accumulation of CO2 laser technology has resulted in the processing of CFRP. Achieving both steep pulses and high output with a unique three-axis orthogonal configuration.

The "CV Series" is a mass-producible CO2 laser processing machine for CFRP that utilizes three-dimensional laser processing. To process CFRP with high quality and speed, we developed an Integrated MOPA (i-MOPA) CO2 laser oscillator that integrates the oscillator and amplifier into a single housing. Additionally, to cut three-dimensional CFRP materials, we adopted a unique single-pass processing head that allows for workpiece cutting with just one laser light exposure. 【Features】 ■ Full shield dust collection function: Enhanced dust collection performance with a full surround cover ■ Unique control device "D-CUBES": Intuitive operation similar to a smartphone with a large screen ■ IoT-based production and maintenance support service "iQ Care Remote4U" *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Fuel Lid Inner

Specializing in the development of prototypes. Aiming to be a true technical partner and a company that creates seasonal products.

In 1970, we began our journey as an automotive sheet metal painting business, but it was our involvement in the development of prototype parts for automobile manufacturers that set us on the path to becoming a prototype manufacturer. Today, we have factories in Okayama, Kanagawa, and Fukuoka, and we handle a wide range of prototype sheet metal and press parts not only for automobiles but also for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, and monuments, as well as three-dimensional laser processing and jig design and manufacturing. We aim to be recognized as a true technical partner and a cutting-edge manufacturing company, so that when it comes to prototypes, people will say, "For prototypes, go to Timek." **[Strengths of Timek]** - Speed - Comprehensive capabilities - Attentive engineers For more details about our prototypes and available equipment, please contact us.

With a three-dimensional laser processing machine, both three-dimensional shape outline cutting and additional processing for standard products are possible!

We handle everything from press molding processing to the trimming of molded products. We also flexibly accommodate special specifications and additional processing for existing standard products.

Three-dimensional laser processing machines can trim three-dimensional workpieces into any shape. They are capable of processing various shapes of workpieces, including press-formed products, flat plates, square pipes, and round pipes. At our company, we use three-dimensional laser processing to trim inner panels and outer panels for entrance doors and emergency exit doors of sightseeing buses. We assemble the inner panels, outer panels, and other components such as brackets and hinges using CO2 welding, spot welding, and clinching, delivering complete entrance door sets and emergency door sets as subassemblies to our customers. Additionally, sightseeing buses often have many special specifications unique to each user. We can quickly and flexibly respond to these special specifications by performing secondary processing on standard parts produced in batches, or by pre-manufacturing common shapes in batches and then adapting the subsequent processes according to specifications after receiving orders.
